What else have we been up to?

• Created a public API for Service Account Identity management.
• Added a Sync All button to integration detail and list pages, allowing users or organizations to re-sync all connections within an integration when issues occur.
• Added additional information about an access token's principal to the /me API endpoint.
• Added support for Bitbucket repo-scoped variable syncing.
• Added support for the HASURA_GRAPHQL_ENABLED_LOG_TYPES secret.
• Improved error messages for rotated secrets.
